CHICKEN AND CHEESE MOROCCAN PASTRY (BRIOUATS)
BRIOUATS is a largely well known Moroccan dish, it is often served in special occasions like Ramadan or Eid , it is made either by meat , chicken , fish or by different nuts.
- 300 g cheese
- 8 pieces of creamy cheese
- 500g of chicken breast
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 500g of small spring roll pastry sheets
Boil the chicken breast with some salt, and then cut it into small pieces; after that grate the cheese and add the 8 pieces of the creamy cheese and then mix the egg with black pepper and salt with the chicken. Take the roll pastry sheets and fill them with the Stuffing, roll them and put them in the oven or you can fry them.
