Christmas Roast Beef
- Two and a half kgs beef (prime rib)
- Rose marie
- ½ cup olive oil
- Black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1tbsp honey
Place the beef in a roast pan; and bash the rose Marie with some olive oil. Scrub the beef with the mixture then take it to the oven for 1 hours on 250 degree C.
After the beef is cooked, transfer it to a plate and rub it with one tbsp of honey and a tbsp of olive oil. Cover the beef with foil and leave it rest for 30 minutes.
Wash the potato and cut it into thick slices, and boil it for 15 min.
Place the potato in the oven pan and mix it with the rest of sauce of the beef, add some garlic and take it to the oven for 15 min.
