  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 4 triangle pieces cheese
  • 1 tbsp salt1tbsp mustard
  • 1tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 1 yogurt ( without sugar)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g red cheese
  • 2tbsp chopped thyme
  • 2 tbsp grated onion
  • water






In a baking bowl, mix flour with oil, butter, 4 pieces of cheese, salt, 2tbsp mustard, black pepper, yogurt, butter and water. Do not knead the ingredients; just mix them until they are combined. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Take the first portion  add to it 2 tbsp thyme, the second some red pepper, the third 50 g of grated cheese and the rest will be left for decoration.

Spread the dough using the rolling pin, then you can use baking stamps to shape every single piece, it is favorable to use small stamps and make sure that the dough is not too thick.  Sprinkle some cheese , black pepper, thyme on the face of the dough after it is shaped , take it to the oven for 30 min approximately in a medium heat.
